How it works

1Download Lingbolt and when the meeting starts, choose Record the meeting from the icon by the clock or press Ctrl+Shift+M. It works in Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and in a meeting in the room.

2Talk freely. Lingbolt records your microphone and the computer’s sound, so the others in the meeting too.

3Finish the meeting and a moment later the minutes are ready: by speaker, with a summary, decisions and tasks.

How much does it cost?

Does it know who said what?

Yes, the minutes are by speaker. You are “Me”, and the others appear by name when their names are said in the meeting.

Should I tell the others that I record?

Yes. Lingbolt copies a ready line for the chat: “I am recording the meeting for the minutes.”

Where does the recording go?

The recording stays in the Documents\Lingbolt\Meetings folder on your computer. For the text and the summary it goes encrypted through our server in the EU; we do not keep it.
